This will direct you to the Truemed site, where you'll take a short health intake survey asking if you are working to treat, mitigate, or prevent a chronic health condition. Once you've completed the survey, enter your payment details, either your HSA/FSA card and/or a credit/debit card, to complete the checkout process. After checkout, your answers will be reviewed by a licensed medical provider, and if you qualify, Truemed will provide you with a copy of your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). If you do not qualify, you will have the opportunity to cancel your order prior to shipment, and your refund will be processed through Truemed.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are tax-free accounts that can be used to pay for qualified health expenses, up to limits established by the IRS. These accounts are usually set up and managed by an HSA or FSA administrator, and you may have access to them through your employer. HSAs are typically associated with a high-deductible health plan, and funds do not expire. FSAs are independent of your health plan, and funds elections occur in October to November each year for the following calendar year. FSA funds expire every calendar year. If you don't have an HSA/FSA card, subject to individual approval, you can pay with a credit or debit card to complete your HEALiX purchase through the Truemed checkout option. After you complete Truemed's health intake survey, if you qualify, Truemed will provide you with a copy of your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) along with detailed instructions on how to submit your payment to your HSA/FSA plan administrator for reimbursement. You will need to submit your LMN and HEALiX purchase receipt to your administrator for reimbursement from your HSA/FSA funds. Truemed supports Split Pay, allowing you to use multiple payment methods for a single order. You can split your payment in whatever way best suits your needs. Subject to individual approval, you can also pay for the entire purchase with a credit or debit card through Truemed and submit a reimbursement request to your HSA/FSA plan administrator for up to the amount you have available. If you qualify, Truemed will provide you with a copy of your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) along with detailed instructions on how to submit for reimbursement.
