HEALiX Infrared Limited Warranty Policy

IMPORTANT: BY USING YOUR HEALIX INFRARED SAUNABLANKET OR PEMF MAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE HEALIXINFRARED TWO (2) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (“WARRANTY”) AS SET OUT BELOW.

DO NOT USEYOUR PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREETO THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT AND RETURN IT WITHIN THE RETURN PERIOD STATED IN HEALIX INFRARED’S RETURN POLICY FOR A REFUND.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state (or by country or province). Other than as permitted by law, HEALiX Infrared does not exclude, limit, or suspend other rights you may have, including those that may arise from the nonconformity of a sales contract.

For a full understanding of your rights, you should consult the laws of your country, province, or state.

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, express, or implied. HEALiX Infrared disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and warranties against hidden or latent defects, to the extent permitted by law.

Insofar as such warranties cannot be disclaimed, HEALiX Infrared limits the duration and remedies of such warranties to the duration of this express warranty and, at HEALiX Infrared’s option, the repair or replacement services described below. Some states (countries and provinces) do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty (or condition) may last, so the limitation described above may not apply to you.

HEALiX Infrared warrants that its branded infrared sauna blankets, PEMF mats, and related products (“Products”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase.

For purposes of this warranty, normal use means use strictly in accordance with HEALiX Infrared’s user manuals, safety instructions, temperature limits, session duration recommendations, surface requirements, power specifications, and care instructions as provided with the Product or published by HEALiX Infrared.

This Limited Warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from HEALiX Infrared or an authorized seller.

Products used in any business, professional, spa, gym, therapeutic, rental, or revenue-generating environment are considered commercial use and are covered by a twelve (12) month limited warranty from the original purchase date.

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects that cause the Product to fail to operate as intended when used properly. A covered defect means a failure resulting solely from a flaw in materials or workmanship and does not include subjective performance preferences or expected variations in heat, sensation, or response between users.

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, failure, or malfunction resulting from:

- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper operation

- Failure to follow published usage guidelines, including operating outside recommended temperature settings or session durations

- Use on soft, uneven, insulated, or unapproved surfaces

- Improper storage, exposure to moisture, liquids, or extreme environmental conditions

- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or attempted repairs

- Use with unauthorized accessories, controllers, power sources, or extension devices

- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or aging of materials

- Accidental damage, external impact, or electrical issues outside the Product

- Commercial use beyond the applicable commercial warranty period

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact HEALiX Infrared Support at support@healixinfrared.com during the applicable warranty period and provide:

1. Valid proof of purchase

2. A description of the issue

3. Photos, videos, or other diagnostic information reasonably requested

Customers are required to respond to diagnostic requests and provide requested information within twenty-one (21) days. Failure to do so may result in the claim being closed or denied.

If a Product is determined by HEALiX Infrared to be defective and covered under this Limited Warranty, HEALiX Infrared will, at its discretion:

- Repair the defective component

- Replace the defective component or Product with a new or refurbished equivalent

- Replace the Product with a functionally equivalent model if the original is no longer available

Replacement Products or components assume the remaining balance of the original warranty period and do not restart or extend the warranty term.

If a Product has been subject to multiple warranty claims during the applicable warranty period, HEALiX Infrared reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to require additional diagnostics, request inspection, or determine whether repeated issues arise from non-covered causes, including misuse, environmental factors, or failure to follow published guidelines.

Approval of a prior warranty claim does not guarantee approval of future claims.

HEALiX Infrared reserves the right to deny warranty coverage in cases involving suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or repeated claims that are inconsistent with documented Product use or provided diagnostic information.

Warranty service options and logistics may vary depending on the country of purchase and product location. Customers may be responsible for shipping, customs duties, taxes, or other fees where permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HEALiX Infrared shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitation may not apply to all customers.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the country in which the Product was purchased. If any provision of this warranty is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
