Hey Victoria... There really isn't a "best time of day" to use the product. Its much more subjective. Some find it a great way to relax in the evenings before bed, others leverage it for recovery purposes directly after exercise, some like starting their day like that, others use it as needed for pain relief.

Hey Yvette... temperature and time is dependent on goal and also individual tolerance. For pain relief it would be a soothing temperature for 20-40 minutes. For things like detox/perspiration, highest tolerable temperature for longest period of time or full 60 minutes

Hi Mary, the foot area has extra room so your feet can rest naturally, not pointed. The Velcro isn’t height-adjustable. Our recommended max height is 6'2", which allows the blanket to reach up to shoulder level comfortably.

Hello Ed, we are not aware of any intervention that would cause knee cartilage to heal when significantly damaged, or to "reactivate cells" to grow back. Acute injury to cartilage can require surgical intervention and consult with a medical profession should be sought... What our gear can do for this goal is encourage blood flow to the area in question, which would support the natural limitations of repair from the body itself.

Hey Dianne, the product you are leaving this question on, our sauna blanket, is a far infrared product, not a red light product. Our red light product is our Glow Pod, and yes, it has red and near infrared lights on both the top and bottom 🙂

Most of the time this isn't an issue, but you must consult your physician / surgeon before using any sort of infrared product. The type of material can make a difference in these situations.

Hello Darcy, although this product dos not have any magnets in it, anyone with a pace maker should consult their specialist prior to using any type of infrared sauna. In addition to infrared sauna having a direct impact on heart rate, preference on patients using them can vary from specialist to specialist, and patient to patient.

Infrared Sauna actually has some research behind it supporting it as a positive intervention for certain heart conditions. However, we always recommend any clients with pre-exsisting conditions consult their specialist prior to using our equipment. Different doctors have varying opinions on the research and whether they personally want their patients leveraging such therapies 😊

The user does not show a clear picture on the review, but the measurement shown and mentioned is for Electrical Frequency, NOT a magnetic field. We encourage our customers to run an EMF meter over our product, as the only place it registers EMFs is where the electric enters the blanket. The person who placed that review does not understand their meter.

Hey Eva. Your PEMF mat can be used at any point during the same day as your sauna session. Because of the EMF blocking faraday shield within your sauna blanket, trying to leverage the products at the same time would not yield a therapeutic effect. You can conduct sessions before or after at your own discretion though 🙂
