Blanket inserts
Great addition to the sauna blanket being cotton and very soft! We also purchased a few 100% cotton thermal tops and bottoms with feet for the sessions as well since we are using the blanket 4-5x weekly.

Was very skeptical but decided to go for it and glad I did.
After researching various options for r over 6 months I decided to give the Healix a try. Have used it 3x now and have to say it does it's job well. I love the inserts and the fact that the entire blanket sets up and rolls up to be stored away super easily within a couple minutes. By utilizing the comfortable Terry cloth inserts I feel even more comfortable and there's no additional cleanup needed. The fact that it reaches max temp within a few minutes also is a huge plus.

Love it!
I’m obsessed with this product! I’m normally a very claustrophobic person and this doesn’t bother me at all! Makes cleanup basically non-existent. Wouldn’t be without it! Healix is the best!

Much Better
This is way better than wearing the cotton clothing and socks that the instruction manual of the sauna blanket suggests.

Frequently Asked Questions
Have any questions? We’re here to help.
What exactly is a Sauna Insert and why is it better than a towel?
A Sauna Insert is a full-length, custom-shaped liner designed to match the size and layout of your infrared sauna blanket.
Unlike standard towels, it wraps around your entire body like a soft, breathable sleeping bag, providing better coverage, a smoother feel, and superior sweat-wicking. The tailored fit keeps it in place, enhances heat retention, and delivers a cleaner, more comfortable session from head to toe.
How do I wash and care for my inserts?
Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve softness.
Will this insert fit inside any sauna blanket?
Yes,while it’s specifically designed to fit the HEALiX Infrared Sauna Blanket perfectly, its full-length, flexible design also works with most standard full-size infrared sauna blankets from other brands.
How does the insert make my sauna session hotter or more intense?
It acts as an extra layer of insulation, helping your blanket retain more heat for a deeper, faster sweat and a stronger detox effect.
I have sensitive skin. Is the material safe to use?
Yes. The bamboo-cotton blend is naturally hypoallergenic, non-irritating, and free from synthetic fibres, perfect for all skin types.
