Shipping Information


If you have placed an order, you will be receiving emails regularly from us giving updates. 

If you do not see any emails, please check your Promotions and Spam tabs. Once located, drag all emails from HEALiX from the promotions/spam box to your primary inbox.  This will prevent you from missing emails from us in the future.

If you cannot locate any emails from us after 12 hours, please contact us so we can make sure we have the correct contact information.

Where Does HEALiX Ship?

We are currently only shipping to the United States. 

What are estimated shipping times?

1-4 Business Days. Carrier will vary as we have multiple warehouses and will choose the options which allows for fastest transit times. Transit time will vary according to product and/or inventory available in warehouse locations nearest you.

What are estimated Processing Times?

Most Orders are processed the same day Monday - Saturday.  Orders placed after 2PM EST may not leave the warehouse until the following business day. In rare circumstances, it can take up to 3 business days to process an order.

Will my Items come in separate shipments?

We have warehouses spread throughout the US in an attempt to provide the fastest shipping possible. In some instances, it will require that we send items from separate warehouses, so it is possible to receive an order through multiple deliveries. All items will have individual tracking numbers regardless of where they originate. 

Shipping Policy

We are not liable for deliveries and/or delays that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back-end charges incurred.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. 

We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we can issue a issue a store credit, refund, or attempt to deliver the item again with additional shipping charge.

Reception of the package is the responsibility of the customer. We do not require signature for delivery, and do not provide special instructions for delivery. We encourage customers to follow tracking closely to plan appropriately and accordingly when receiving an order. 

If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it a claim must be filed for the situation. We cannot issue instant refunds or re-orders in these situations.
